Tekbox TBVC-NF6 is a calibration kit for VNA (Vector Network Analyzer). It includes an Open, a Short, a Load, and a Through. It is used for OSLT calibration within the frequency range of DC – 6 GHz.
The calibration file for the TBVC-NF6 is pre-installed in our TBVNA-6000 software and can also be downloaded separately from our website.
