- Disconnection network for unshielded symmetrical (DEC 5 / 6) or unshielded asymmetrical signal lines (DEC 7)
- Test up to 4 rows simultaneously
- 100 kHz ring wave
DEC 5, 6 and 7 are used to disconnect auxiliary equipment from an EUT, which is tested with different pulses (see technical data). DEC 5 and 6 decoupling networks can be used to disconnect unshielded symmetrical data/signal lines, DEC 7 can be used to disconnect unshielded asymmetrical data and signal lines. Up to 4 lines can be tested simultaneously.
Switching circuits dependent on the EUT under test can be placed separately in the test setup. Manual switching selection of protective elements for the best protection of auxiliary devices. Standard protection elements are gas arresters and breakdown diodes. With such elements, the capacitive load on the EUT wires is small. The disconnection elements can be easily selected. It is also possible to test without any protective elements.
