The ACL 350 is the ideal electrostatic locator meter for applications in which a precise measurement is required. The 3.5 digit LCD displays both negative and positive polarities. By spacing the meter from 1/10” to 8.5”, a range of 0-80,000 volts can be measured. Utilizing the “HOLD” function allows the user time to record the precise voltage. Easy to use and lightweight, this battery-powered meter can be quickly re-zeroed, allowing for repetitive measurements.
The ACL 350 can be used for determining the source of electrostatic charges in ESD-controlled environments or in other areas where static is of concern. It is perfect in electronic component production and assembly areas, textiles, packaging, engineering labs, and printing.
Easy to Use:
Discharge static from your body by touching a grounded metal object.
Press the “ZERO” button twice.
From a distance, point the electrode in the direction of the target and move toward it, observing the value on the LCD window.
Press and hold the “PWR ON/HOLD” button and note reading from1/10” to 8.5”, making sure to properly multiply reading according to chart in the user manual.
