PicoScope 9000-series

The PicoScope 9000 Series includes extremely high-frequency instruments with bandwidths from 6 GHz up to 33 GHz, including sampling oscilloscopes up to 30 GHz and models for 5–16 GHz with 2 or 4 channels. The series is intended for RF system development, fiber-optic testing, high-speed communications, and serial link analysis where conventional oscilloscopes cannot meet the required performance.
