The Chroma 61609 is the top model in the 61600 series, providing up to 6 kVA output power with advanced waveform and disturbance simulation.
It features selectable single- or three-phase operation with voltage range 0–175 V / 0–350 V (Auto) and frequency range DC–2 kHz (5 kHz optional).
The high crest factor (up to 6) makes it ideal for nonlinear load and inrush current testing, while the master/slave parallel function allows multiple units to be combined for extended total output power.
Comprehensive test modes include harmonic waveform synthesis, LIST, STEP, and PULSE functions for Power Line Disturbance testing and transient simulation.
