Repair, Complaint and Warranty Cases


Repairs

We arrange repair services for our suppliers' instruments even after the warranty period has expired, when possible. We do this to provide a seamless service experience for our customers. Through our close contact with the suppliers, we can offer a safe and professional service, even for out-of-warranty repairs.

How to proceed with a repair:
  1. Fill in our writable order form and send it via email to info@instrumentcenter.se
  2. Once we have reviewed your order form, you will receive a case number and clearance to send in the instrument
  3. Send the instrument along with a printout of the form to the address below
  4. NOTE! An evaluation fee will be charged for instruments sent in for an external repair quotation from our partners, in cases where the quotation is not accepted

Complaints & Warranty Cases

  • Warranties on goods are provided by the respective manufacturer
  • Instrumentcenter Sweden AB does not provide any additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's specifications
  • For valid warranty cases, we cover the return shipping cost
How to proceed with a complaint or warranty case:
  1. Fill in our writable complaint form and send it via email together with the invoice to info@instrumentcenter.se
  2. Once we have reviewed your case, you will receive an RMA number and clearance to send in the instrument
  3. Send the instrument along with a printout of the complaint form and the invoice to the address below
