Prices
Instrumentcenter Sweden AB's prices on the website can be specified excluding or including VAT, the price excluding VAT is always preselected.
We reserve the right to adjust prices depending on circumstances beyond our control.
 

Payment terms - Business Customer

Our finance department perform a credit check and then we apply the payment terms; Net 30 days from the invoice date, when the companies are creditworthy.
If the credit is denied, we offer our customers payment terms; Pay in advance (Swish/Bankgiro) or cash on delivery (payment when picking up package at PostNord service point).
For unclaimed packages, a fee of 300 SEK plus VAT and shipping is charged.

We only sell to private persons within Sweden and apply payment terms; Pay in advance (Swish/Bankgiro) or cash on delivery (payment when picking up package at PostNord service point).
For unclaimed packages, a fee of 300 SEK plus VAT and shipping is charged.
In case of late payment, a fee applies.
We currently do not accept credit card payments.
 

Delivery time

If we have the item in stock, the delivery time is normally 1-3 working days within Sweden.
If the item is out of stock or if the item is a made-to-order item, delivery will take longer depending on the availability of our suppliers.
If parts of the order are temporarily out of stock, we will backlist the entire order while waiting for the backlisted items or deliver parts of the order. Circumstances that determine whether we make a partial delivery or wait for the remaining listed goods are the size of the order, delivery time and whether an item is unusable without another item.

Delivery terms

Our delivery terms are Ex Works Östra Längdgatan 4B, 611 35 Nyköping, Sweden (According to Incoterms 2020).
 

Freight charges, Web-order

For orders of goods via our website with a total value exceeding SEK 5,000 excluding VAT,
we deliver free of charge for normal business deliveries within Sweden. The exception is deliveries of work tables and trolleys. Any cost for express delivery or cash on delivery fee is added regardless of the order value. For orders of goods via our website that are less than SEK 5,000 excluding VAT in total value, a delivery fee of SEK 185 excluding VAT is added.
We can also use consignee shipping if you wish.
 

Technical Support

For technical support - user support - generally or in the event of a product fault, this is handled in most cases by Instrumentcenter Sweden AB. However, we have the right to refer the customer to the respective product manufacturer if this is required. Information about telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, websites, etc. to the respective manufacturer/supplier can be obtained from our technical support. Please note that support may be in English for some manufacturers and that in some cases support is provided only via e-mail and websites.
 

Warranty

Warranties on goods are providedby the respective manufacturer.
Instrumentcenter Sweden AB provides no additional guarantees beyond the guarantee specified by the manufacturer.
Instrumentcenter Sweden AB is responsible for the return shipping for valid warranty cases.
 

Service and repair

If you need service or repair of a product purchased from Instrumentcenter Sweden AB, always contact our order department before returning the item. When invoking a warranty, a copy of the invoice must always be attached to the product.
 

Responsibility for damage caused by Instrumentcenter Sweden AB

If there are errors for which Instrumentcenter Sweden AB is responsible, Instrumentcenter Sweden AB undertakes to, at its own discretion, remedy the error through repair, new delivery or refund the purchase price. Instrumentcenter Sweden AB has the right to refer the customer directly to the respective manufacturer for the rectification of the error in cases where this is required.
Instrumentcenter Sweden AB's liability, as a result of errors in goods is limited to what is stated in these general sales conditions. Instrumentcenter Sweden AB thus bears no direct or indirect responsibility for e.g. delivery delays, damage caused by properties of the goods, product liability, loss of profit, operational disruptions, extra work or other financial damage. Please note that support and error reporting can be in English for some manufacturers and also in some cases only via e-mail or website.
 

Force majeure

Instrumentcenter Sweden AB is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond Instrumentcenter Sweden AB's control and in these cases is entitled to more time to fulfil its obligations.
Examples of circumstances are, (without devising a complete list) strike, terrorist act, war, supplier disruption, transport delay, production disruption, exchange rate change, government action, or natural disaster.
If such a circumstance lasts more than three months, both parties have the right to cancel the agreement without the other party having the right to receive nor the obligation to pay for compensation.
 

Complaints

If the goods are damaged on arrival, the recipient must immediately report this to the carrier. If the goods are insured, the notification must be made to the recipient's insurance company. Other complaints must be reported immediately to our order department. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the goods on arrival for any other errors.
 

Right of withdrawal

Purchased goods may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of arrival. The item must be returned in undamaged condition, in the original packaging and with freight paid. Exceptions to the right of return are all kinds of specially ordered goods that are not part of our suppliers' regular assortment or for other reasons are not accepted as returns by our suppliers. In the event of cancellation of an order, the customer must be responsible for all transport costs incurred.
 

Other terms of purchase

Facts and price information are provided with reservation for possible typographical errors, exchange rate changes, suppliers' price increases, possibly incorrect specified technical specifications, etc. as well as if the manufacturer is unable to deliver the ordered product for any reason.
A service fee of SEK 475 excluding VAT is charged for collection of consignments at the delivery point.
